but even a small exercise can help keep their mind sharp.

My husband created this simple hand exercise for my parents,
and it’s more powerful than it looks.

One hand is doing circles…
the other is doing something completely different.
And their brain has to keep up.

It helps with:

⭐️coordination
⭐️memory

But more than that… it’s a moment.

A moment to slow down,
to sit with them,
to be present.

Because this season of life…

My real name is Rocío, which means “Dew” in English.

When I came to the U.S., most people didn’t know how to pronounce my name, so everyone started calling me Rosie lol!

I have a daily routine of reading the Word of God, and I love staying active, if I’m not at the gym in the mornings, you’ll find me walking around my neighborhood.

I enjoy cooking at home, spending time with family (which is very important to me), and watching action, mystery or law movies, recently K drama.
