It has been too long! I ♥ our Downtown Orlando neighborhoods and the last year we got so busy selling houses that no one was focused on the community information we used to provide every week. To kick things back off I'm sharing some info about the real estate market in the neighborhoods and zip codes surrounding Downtown Orlando.

You may be hearing the market has cooled and it's true but the prices are still strong in these established neighborhoods. But don't let that misguide you if now is the time to sell!

Our Downtown Orlando neighborhoods will be super busy this weekend as Orlando hosts the U.S. Olympic Trials. This is a qualification event to represent Team USA in the Olympic Games Paris 2024. We welcome these athletes and all those that support them. Bonne Chance!
