Some closings mean a little more. ❤️
Gail and I started working together more than a year before the “For Sale” sign ever went up. There was packing and decluttering to tackle, repairs to coordinate, painting to be done, and staging to make sure her home showed at its absolute best. We took it one step at a time, with a plan for everything that needed to happen before we introduced the home to the market.
And when the time was finally right, all of that preparation paid off. 315 Menashe Street sold in just 9 days for $1,875,000.
But this one was about so much more than selling a house. After working together for so long, getting to stand beside Gail at the closing table and watch her close this chapter and move on to what comes next was incredibly special.
Congratulations, Gail! Thank you for trusting me through the entire journey, long before your home ever hit the market. It was truly a privilege to be a part of it. ❤️🏡
