Grand rising beautiful people! Here is this week’s market report for Orlando. It is still a strong seller’s market. The median list price for a single family home in Orlando is $534,900.
The median list price for a condo in Orlando is $255,000. We are seeing some price decreases, which is good that the over pricing we were seeing can’t really happen any more. There are still multiple offers on properties that are priced right and move in ready in Central Florida.
The interest rates shouldn’t deter you from this market. We have been at these rates before. It’s a cycle. You can refinance later or buy your rate down even with seller concessions if you don’t have the extra money. We are creative to make it work.
