This Commercial property had the roof repaired not long ago, roof started leaking again. They called for a roof inspection. We have found that repairs were not done properly. Once the roof report was sent to client, they could go back to the roofer and make them come back correcting the repairs.

We did start our aerial imaging back in February of 2017 and during the Hurricane season, that was a big help to our customers to make or not their claim.

You need to lift and inspect what you can to thoroughly check as much as possible. A home inspection should be completed in a timely manner, but not rushed.

There is no way to charge people for usage of thermal camera or any other tool. We do a free thermal camera check on the walls, ceilings, doors and windows to be sure that the insulation is properly installed. This is part of our home inspection and not an extra inspection cost.
