Dear Residents:

This is a friendly reminder of tomorrow's fire alarm inspection. Tomorrow, October 26th our fire inspectors will be at the property inspecting building pull stations, unit smoke alarms, sprinklers and fire alarm horns. You will be hearing the building alarms throughout the next two days.

Dear Residents,

As Hurricane Matthew makes its way to Central Florida, Stonebridge Landings Apartments recommends you activate your personal emergency plan and make the necessary arrangements to ensure the safety of you and your family. At this time, Stonebridge Landings Apartments will continue to operate until noon.

Our on-call staff will tend to emergencies until weather permits. Services from maintenance staff will be suspended once sustained winds reach tropical storm force at 35 mph. If you have an emergency while the hurricane is hitting Orlando, please call 911.

Orange County has activated their emergency response teams and shelters have been opened to all public. Please refer to www.orangecountyfl.net for a list of shelters and sand bag distribution free of charge. If you are interested in hotels and lodging, a phone line has been established to provide assistance in identifying rooms that meet your family needs. Please call 407-354-5555 for more information.

After the hurricane has left the area, the property’s staff will assess all damages and respond accordingly. Please take into consideration we will prioritize repairs that involve the safety of our residents.

We suggest you continue to monitor Hurricane Matthew’s path. There is a possibility the storm may circle back to Florida. Do not take this emergency lightly.
