The most sacred sacrifices
rarely belonged to people asking for recognition.

Today, we remember those who gave everything…
and the families who learned how to carry that loss quietly.

The women who shape homes rarely ask to be remembered.
Yet somehow, they become unforgettable.

There’s a difference between a designed home… and a lived one.

The folded laundry.
The emotional labor.
The remembering.
The noticing.

Some women create peace in places where there should’ve only been pressure.

The solid stone in your life.

The person that thinks of every detail for a strong foundation.

To the women who carried more than anyone realized.

Most people won’t do anything wrong with their tax refund.

They’ll do what feels right.

And that’s the problem.

Because what feels responsible…
rarely creates leverage.

Not everyone started at the same line.
And in real estate… that matters more than most people realize.

At the 2026 Fair Housing Summit, I had the opportunity to sit alongside the host of (a podcast by ) where they unpack the real history behind property ownership in the U.S.

Before the Fair Housing Act of 1968, access wasn’t just limited… it was intentionally restricted.
And while progress has been made, the conversation isn’t over especially as new technology and policies begin shaping who has access next.

Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling.
It’s about access, opportunity, and what gets passed down.

If you’ve ever wondered how this impacts your position in the market, or what moves actually build long-term wealth, I’m always here as a resource.

🎙️ Unfair Housing is a conversation worth listening to.

This season, I made the intentional decision to step back from the noise to create space for clarity, reflection, and alignment.

Not to withdraw,
but to reset what truly matters.

What I expected to be a season of direction
became a season of refinement.

I was challenged to look inward
to release what no longer serves me,
and to grow in areas that require discipline, faith, and trust.

So I prayed simply:

Empty me. Fill me. Use me.

And through that, I was brought back to what matters most—

My home.
My peace.
My faith.

Today is a reminder that renewal doesn’t come from perfection,
but from the willingness to grow, to realign, and to move forward with purpose.

I’m still becoming
but I’m grounded, focused, and grateful for the work being done within me.

I’ve chosen to step back from personal screen time for a season.

I’ll continue working, serving clients, and sharing here; simply without the scrolling.

As always, I’m fully reachable by call, text, and email.

A small reset in attention and discipline.

We celebrate Lunar New Year in our home each year.

In the Chinese zodiac, the Horse returns every twelve years.
The Fire Horse, only once every sixty.

Some cycles are routine.
Others carry greater force.

Markets move the same way.
Not randomly but rhythmically.

The work is not reacting to momentum.
It is recognizing it.

And moving with discipline.

Happy Thanksgiving from my family and here a little history behind the tradition my family and I adopted! 🦃

Every Thanksgiving, millions of Americans lace up for a Turkey Trot a tradition that began with just six runners braving the cold in Buffalo, New York, in 1896. By the 2000s, Thanksgiving officially became the most popular running day in America, with Turkey Trots drawing families, seasoned athletes, and first-timers alike.

Here in Orlando, that tradition carries its own special meaning.

🧡 The 36th Seniors First, Inc. Turkey Trot

Organized by Track Shack Events, thousands gathered in Orlando at Lake Eola, raising funds for critical programs like Meals on Wheels and senior support services across Central Florida. It was the largest turnout yet.

This event reminds us that Thanksgiving is not just about what’s on the table but about how we show up for one another. The Turkey Trot isn’t just history; it’s community impact in motion.

🏡 Why This Matters in Real Estate

Strong neighborhoods are built on rituals that bring people together.
When we support our seniors, honor our traditions, and show up as a community, we strengthen the very foundation of what “home” means.

Events like this are a powerful reminder that real estate is more than transactions it’s about people, belonging, and the communities we help build.

Wishing everyone a warm, meaningful, and connected Thanksgiving. 🍁🦃
