Big news at Artema Group ... and a full-circle moment!

As we approach our 2nd Anniversary of me growing from solo agent to Real Estate team, we’ve done a lot of reflecting. Real Estate is not easy. The last two years have been some of the toughest our industry has seen in a long time. It’s taken grit, discipline, coachability, tough skin and a whole lot of faith to stay the course.

But Artema Group didn’t quit. We grew wiser. We grew stronger. And we grew more intentional.

This year, we made a commitment to slow, controlled, God-centered growth with a no agent left behind mindset. We aren’t chasing the biggest headcount. We’re building something far more rare ... a team of agents who are in this for the long haul. The ones committed to mastery, to white-glove service, and to becoming the kind of professionals who change lives… not just close deals.

We look for those who will celebrate the meaningful moments with our clients and stand beside them in the tough ones. Those who aren’t afraid of hard conversations. Those who help us redefine what you can expect from a Real Estate team.
