Taylor Yunis - Director of Orlando Commercial Leasing & Sales

Taylor Yunis, a third-generation real estate professional, has been involved in more than 3,000 transactions in the course of his career and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales and leasing. At The LeFrak Organization (NYC's second-largest multifamily owner by unit count), Taylor managed leasing operations of more than 2,100 units throughout Brooklyn as well as the lease-up of a hotel to rental conversion in Sutton Place, Manhattan. Prior to joining LeFrak, Taylor spent six years leading the sales and marketing team of a privately held New York based real estate portfolio valued at $1.2 billion. Having acted as a consultant and agent for three of New York's premier real estate management companies, Taylor is highly skilled at identifying and executing the objectives of investors, developers and private owners. He uses the latest technology and researches comprehensive market data to provide his clients with the most current and valuable information. Originally from New York’s Finger Lakes region, Taylor, who resides in downtown St. Petersburg, holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester and is actively involved with its Alumni Association.
