One of the biggest mistakes I see when selling a waterfront home is focusing too much on the house and not enough on the lifestyle.

Waterfront buyers think differently.

They're not just looking at square footage, bedrooms, or countertops. They're imagining early morning boat rides, sunset views, fishing with the kids, entertaining friends on the dock, and everything that comes with living on the water.
