Six months ago, Natalie and I connected on social media when her and Mitchell were getting ready for their move from Nevada to Florida. Somewhere between home searches, phone calls and navigating all of the ups and downs that come with relocating, strangers became friends. ❤️

Today, they officially closed on their very first home together! This one was extra special because Chase and I had the opportunity to work alongside one another to help make it happen. We found them a beautifully renovated home on a piece of land, negotiated $16,000 in seller contributions and watched everything come full circle.

Natalie and Mitch, we are forever grateful for your trust through every twist and turn. I can’t wait for backyard s’mores, birthday celebrations with your sweet girls and watching your family create endless memories here.

Some journeys stay with you long after the closing table and this is one of them. Last winter, after the passing of their mom, Travis and Rachelle trusted me to help guide them through a difficult time filled with a lot of moving pieces and even more emotions. Together we navigated probate, worked through countless decisions, and ultimately helped Rachelle find her own new home earlier this year.

Then it was all hands on deck to get this home ready for the market. There were paint colors to choose, contractors to coordinate and lots of little details that helped bring new life to this home. The result? ...under contract in just 7 days!

Today, this chapter officially closed. I’ll miss seeing Travis and Rachelle around the neighborhood but I couldn’t be more excited for what comes next for them. Thank you both for trusting me through every step of this journey. It has truly been an honor. 🤍

Before a single showing was scheduled, we focused on presentation, making thoughtful updates and helping this home put its best foot forward. Fresh paint, updated lighting, thoughtful staging and a few strategic improvements helped showcase the home’s full potential.

The goal isn’t to change a home but it is to help buyers see it in the best light.

Buying a home should feel exciting, not impossible. Hearing that my clients walked away feeling supported, confident, and cared for throughout the process means more to me than I can put into words.

Almost one year ago, I helped their daughter buy a home in this same neighborhood… and this week, I got to hand the keys over to her parents just a week shy of that anniversary!

Referrals like this mean EVERYTHING to me. There’s nothing better than when clients trust you enough to send the people they love your way.

This one took a little patience, a lot of searching, and a whole lot of teamwork… but in the end, it was absolutely worth the wait.
