There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching my Gardyn flourish 🌱

Every day, it’s the small, consistent actions (adding water, checking nutrients, giving it a little attention) that quietly compound. Then one day, you look up and it’s overflowing with life… fresh greens, vibrant herbs, and food that actually tastes alive.

It’s a reminder that the most delicious outcomes in life rarely come from bursts of motivation, they come from steady care. Show up, tend to what matters, and trust the process.

Growth, whether in a garden or in ourselves, is cultivated daily. And when it’s time to harvest… it’s always worth it 🥬

December miles, sunshine, and good company 🏃‍♂️☕️

Back in December, my coworkers, two of my close friends, and I ran the Hot Chocolate 10K! Great weather, solid pace, and even better people. Finished strong and earned that hot chocolate at the end.

Now the question is… when’s the next one?
Same crew. New race. Let’s make it official.

Just received my graduation certificate from the Command & General Staff College! This was a challenging journey that pushed my limits and demanded serious self-discipline, but every bit of effort was worth it. Now, onto the second half—one step closer to my goal of Lieutenant Colonel!
