Yeah. Ok here’s the good news! And this is great news for buyers AND sellers. OVER 3 months of inventory shifts us to a NEUTRAL Market.

Praise GOD for these things. A neutral market also means balanced. Opportunity for fair trades. Without either party being taken advantage. This allows for good negotiations. Home prices will also then move in appreciation in a slow BUT steady increase. Historically at at 4% appreciation a year.

Are you still following me? Can I get am thank GOD, or Amen, or Praise God in the house? And 6% interest was not that long ago. And that was normal for people with great credit!

The only sad news is if you didn’t buy the dip in interest rate. You missed the best buying opportunity.
