I have been a Realtor for over 13 years working with buyers, sellers and investors. I use my education, experience and knowledge of the market to make the transaction as smooth as possible. With my background as a CPA, Auditor at the bank, Financial Controller at the Credit Union, mortgage broker, business owner of dry cleaning business and several certifications I make my clients feel comfortable
and trustworthy to do business with me. Always willing to help to anyone who needs any assistance (why?, because I did not get the help when I really needed it). As you all know I have been a Realtor for over 20 years in Orlando Florida and have helped many buyers, sellers and investors in the process. Besides being a Realtor, my wife and I also had a Dry-Cleaning business “Avalon Park Cleaners” for over 25 years which we sold in 2023. Since then, my wife went through some health issues such as knee replacements etc. We needed a break, so we went to India and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. But after coming back home my wife experienced esophageal cancer. Again, after extensive treatment, surgery and recovery she is feeling much better. We want to thank all our friends and family for their support and well wishes and the God for her speedy recovery. She is doing fine. And thank you again! One of my passions over the years, besides being a Realtor, are gardening, reading books, website designing, app development and converting ideas into prototype (I have developed a Single Pill Dispenser - now patented, called Jus-1) and more…. At this point I would like to introduce what I have done in the form of Mobile Apps that would be beneficial to most people including Agent Branded Apps for Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Accountants, and “Pill Time for Families” for families who take care of each other.
