A taxa fixa de trinta anos atingiu o nível mais alto desde agosto de 2025, mas os pedidos de financiamento para compra permaneceram quase estáveis — caindo apenas cerca de 0,4% — um sinal de que os compradores comprometidos seguem no mercado, segundo a CNBC.
O valor médio dos empréstimos para compra atingiu uma nova máxima histórica de aproximadamente 473 mil dólares, refletindo a força contínua dos compradores de imóveis de maior valor. A demanda de compra ano a ano segue cerca de 5% acima dos níveis do ano passado.
