As an integral part of Metro City Realty’s sales team, Suzanne brings to the agency a culmination of life experiences – including a stint as a Pan American and US Airways flight attendant, a special needs teacher for the Deaf and eventually a licensing compliance specialist for the State of North Carolina. Her real estate career spans seventeen years of investor, residential sales, timeshare sales
and Bank Owned/REO coordination and sales. She has to her credit several years as an asset manager with a national third party servicing organization and also has experience in time share sales with Marriott International. When asked about her many experiences she is quick to say ” a sum total of a person’s life is defined not by individual events but by the tapestry that’s created from the “whole” of those experiences’. Anyone who knows Suzanne will tell you that she has passion for four things — life, her family, travel and real estate. Airways flight attendant. She learned real estate on her days off from the airline. She and her husband David, a life-long travel writer, have enjoyed their travels to 19 countries. In addition to real estate and travel, Suzanne also believes in empowering youth. “Who knows what their generation will bring?” To date, she is in the process of purchasing condos for her 3 grandchildren.
“With the prices we are seeing now,” says Suzanne, “we intend to have a sizable nest egg built for them when they are ready to go to college or at least have a place for them to call their own upon graduation. Condos are cheaper than cars right now in Orlando, so it’s a perfect opportunity to give them a jump ahead in life.”
Suzanne is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and ORRA and hosts first time homebuyer seminars throughout Central Florida. She is also an avid supporter of the Salvation Army’s efforts to help the homeless, and has been volunteering for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign for three years. Whether she’s on a jet to Ireland or Spain, empowering investors and first time home buyers to build for their family’s future or ringing the Salvation Army bell at a local Publix, you just never know where you will see Suzanne. As Suzanne would say, "Relax. I will lead you HOME."
