We closed this one out a few weeks ago, but I’m so excited to officially welcome my buyers, who just relocated from Colorado, to their new home here in Florida! 🏡☀️ This one was a journey, but we made it happen. I was able to negotiate $35,000 off the purchase price and secure a $4,500 credit towards closing costs. Along the way, we faced a few hurdles with the HOA and clearing violations, but we worked through every challenge and successfully made it to the closing table.
