STOP WOKE’ STOPPED: A federal appeals court has struck down part of a controversial Florida law known as the Stop WOKE Act. ✌🏾
The law was aimed at restricting discussions of race, s*x and certain parts of history in universities — ( these grown folks in college!)
including barring professors from talking about systemic racism (it exists!) or saying anything that might make students feel guilty 🤮 about historical events. ( for all students or just the white ones?!)
Gov. Ron DeSantis said the law was meant to stop “indoctrination” of students. 🤦🏾♀️
