Unit Owners: Please be advised that the Association has scheduled a pool resurfacing project to commence the week of April 13, 2026. The pool and surrounding deck area will be closed for approximately four (4) weeks to allow for completion of the work. During this period, the pool area will be inaccessible to all residents and guests. This temporary closure is necessary to ensure the safety of all occupants and to facilitate the proper completion of the resurfacing process. Residents should anticipate contractor presence and related construction noise during standard working hours. Please note that all work is subject to change based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as the Association undertakes these necessary improvements to the community’s common elements.

Beginning April 1, 2026, any vehicle without a properly displayed decal may be subject to:
* Towing at the owner’s expense
* Daily fines until compliance is met
Residents who have not yet requested or received their decal, management will be available on-site Wednesday, April 2 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the cabana to assist and distribute decals.
If you still need a decal, you may also email your request and include: Year, Make, Model, Color, License Plate Number

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
Proper Items for Toilet Disposal

Recently, the Association had to call a plumber to address a main sewer line blockage that caused wastewater to back up through a shower drain. During the service, the plumber removed a large number of wipes from the main drain line, which were the primary cause of the blockage.

Although some wipes are marketed as flushable, they do not break down in plumbing systems like toilet paper and can quickly accumulate in pipes, causing blockages, backups, and costly plumbing repairs.

ONLY the following items should be flushed:
 Toilet paper
 Human waste

DO NOT flush the following items:
 Baby wipes
 “Flushable” wipes
 Cleaning or disinfecting wipes
 Paper towels
 Feminine hygiene products
 Diapers
 Cotton balls or cotton swabs
 Dental floss
 Grease or food waste
 Any other household or personal hygiene products

These items should always be disposed of in the trash, not the toilet. Improper flushing can cause sewer backups, damage to plumbing systems, and unnecessary maintenance costs for the community.

This notice is to inform all residents that Coach Homes at Mariners Village vehicle decals are required for all vehicles parked in the common parking areas within the community.

All vehicles must have a properly displayed Coach Homes' decal on the windshield no later than April 1, 2026.

After April 1, 2026:

Any vehicle without a properly displayed Coach Homes' decal parked in common parking spaces (not in private driveways) will be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense and/or a fine of $100/day until compliance.

Residents are strongly encouraged to take immediate action to ensure compliance and avoid enforcement measures. If you need assistance obtaining a decal or have any questions, please contact management at 407-841-6248.

As of 9/18, BlueStream is still being installed in houses.
The Spectrum extension will end 9/30/25.
Once you receive BlueStream's installation and box, you're encouraged to drop off the Spectrum equipment at the nearest Spectrum outlet or UPS store.
