Would you skip a home inspection just because the home is brand new?
I wouldn’t.
Today I spent time with a licensed home inspector during a new construction inspection for one of my buyers, and he shared some great information about what inspectors look for and why these inspections matter.
Many buyers assume a builder’s quality control process is enough, but having an independent inspector review the home before closing provides an extra layer of protection and peace of mind.
If you’re planning to buy new construction, this is information you’ll want to know before signing your final paperwork.
Have you ever purchased a new construction home? Tell me below if you had an inspection or skipped it. 👇
And if you’re thinking about making a move, comment NEW BUILD and I’ll send you some helpful resources.
