If your lender thinks the Feds cutting rates this week means home loan rates also went down the same day, then you need a new lender.

If your Realtor is quoting rates and doesn’t hold an LO (Loan Officer) license… you need a new Realtor.

Let’s talk about last night… I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST hosting my first ever Customer Appreciation Karaoke Night 🎤 🎶❤️

With the help of my lender partner Dennis Ross (and his wife Adrienne Ross!), my wonderful title partner Kelsey Brock Kelley and ALL of the Saint Lawrence Title crew, and of course my lovely wife Lauren Denison; We pulled it off! 😎🤯🍷🍺👌

About 50 people came out to enjoy FREE (and unlimited, mind you) drinks, FREE food (also unlimited), and FREE karaoke over at Barrels and Boards in Groveland. They were amazing hosts and a great venue! 🙏🇺🇸

As expected, things got a little wild! Of COURSE I sang “Walkin’ in Memphis”, Dennis did his duty and sang Creed “With Arms Wide Open”, Brandon Miles talked me into doing the “Titanic Song” as a duet (pictured… lol), Lauren did like 2-3 songs (she’s usually not THAT brave on the mic- baby Luke must have been giving her courage), Dennis and I did a Backstreet Boys duet, Rene Naranjo serenaded his wife LOL (I’ll ask permission to post that one later haha 😆 ) and SOOOO many of my customers, neighbors, and friends came out and sang and/ or embarrassed themselves accordingly! TONS of fun was had, memories were made, and new friendships between my customers were forged!

PS- I never call customers “past customers.” Mine are customers for life! That’s why I don’t mind treating them ALL to nights like this! ❤️😅🤓

Anyway- like I was sayin… it got insane but I would have it no other way lol 😂

And yes… I am 100% still not drinking alcohol and I STILL got captured doing these things lol so… clearly I don’t need alcohol to get insane. It’s a natural state for me haha 😆

Next time we do a customer appreciation event (hoping to do one buyers end) I’ll get an even bigger venue and we are shooting for 100+!

If your agent is lame sauce and has never invited you to an appreciation event… leaving you feeling left out and under appreciated… just know I’m always here for you 😉 haha 🤣

I am HONORED to have been chosen as one of the agehts to participate in the Mainframe Real Estate annual marketing campaign this year! ❤️🙏

This years campaign focus was on “Making your Dreams into Reality!” 💭 ☀️

Using my imagination, our marketing team, and AI (Artificial Intelligence); I’d like to share an image we created of my dream! 🤯

My dream is helping fellow Americans accomplish their dream of home ownership / investing, and to simultaneously try to help everyone come together with a sense of community that I feel is currently lacking in our culture. 🙏 🇺🇸 🏡

Not all home sales are sexy.

Our industry is famous for agents taking pictures with big smiles, fancy cars, happy smiling clients, and a bottle of champagne in the background. I’m guilty of it, too. 🤷‍♂️

But, not all home sales are sexy. 😬

Sometimes a couple is getting a divorce and needs someone to be fair for them both and maximize their sale, so they can move on and get life back on track as individuals.

Not sexy. Just reality!

Sometimes a customer’s family member passed (suddenly OR expectedly) and they need an agent to help them navigate the sale of the estate to take some tasks off their plate, just so they can actually grieve.

Not sexy. Just a fact.

Sometimes… money just runs out… but the customer(s) are lucky enough to be able to sell their home to cover their debts and start over.

Not sexy. Happens all the time.

Sometimes a home has become WAYYY too much maintenance and the customer needs to downsize or move to a rental, an assisted living facility, or move in with family, so everything is taken care of.

Not sexy. Just life.

If you find yourself in ANY of these positions or a similar position that isn’t sexy/ fun (or you know someone that is)…

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me yourself, or have that person reach out to me. At a bare minimum, I’ll give the facts of all the options available to you, and see what can be done. If there IS a need to sell or a need to sell and upgrade or downsize… I will assist and I will keep personal life PRIVATE.

Not all closings need a social media post for agent clout. 🫢
