Wow so proud of this beautiful young power couple who knew exactly what they needed to do to prepare for a home purchase & then came educated and ready for me to help them find their perfect home! They made sure they saved up for a down payment ✔️ , closing costs ✔️ and had their credit in a good place ✔️ when they contacted me, so connecting them to a lender and getting them pre-approved was a breeze ! We were able to secure a beautiful new construction home for them and close right at the start of the new year !

It’s the water view for me 🌊☀️😍 !
So happy I was able to help this seller close on her home. The irony of this transaction was that both the Seller and the Buyer were Veterans who purchased this home with a VA Loan, and we went under contract on VETERANS DAY! 🇺🇸 It doesn’t get anymore “meant to be” than that!
