Today's market is different.

In Orlando, August homes averaged 64 days on the market, with approximately 4.9 months of supply.

That said, there are still homes that attract multiple offers quickly.

It can feel surprisingly reminiscent of an older suburban community up north—just with palm trees and Florida sunshine mixed in.

Here's a fun fact… Winter Springs was not always called Winter Springs! It was originally settled under the name Tuskawilla before being incorporated under the name "City of North Orlando" in 1959. Due to some confusion with this name and with the influence of the Winter Springs Development Company, it was renamed again in 1972 to what we know it as today!

One of the things people love about Winter Springs is that it can feel like you're tucked away from the hustle and bustle — while still being close to Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park, Sanford, UCF and more.
