Julian was my realtor and I feel so lucky that he was. He was very patient and genuinely cared about helping us get the right home. We tried 3x throughout the years and we all know the struggles in this economy, but third time was the charm and never once did Julian pressure us or pushed us to purchase a home that wasn’t right for us. If my first time home buying experience taught me anything, it was 1. Be patient, you will get the house that’s right for you and 2. Have Julian as your realtor. He made every step of the way so easy and stress free. Checked in almost daily with updates. Lastly, he pushed and fought to make sure we weren’t taken advantage of and that when we put the offer in, it was a house worth it. He was straight forward and would say when something looks good on the outside and you’re blinded by the illusion but it had a lot of flaws and wasn’t the right house for you. It’s hard to see that when you’re desperate to buy a house, but Julian gave the reality check when you needed it, because he cares. He could have easily made a sale several times but we trusted his judgement and it’s been over a month and I am still obsessed with my house. No buyers remorse what so ever. There are very few people like Julian these days that have his integrity and care as much as he does.
