A few weeks ago one of my long term tenants bought the house he had been renting since 2005. He asked every year if the landlord would let him buy it but the answer was never yes. Unfortunately she passed away, but that became his opportunity to finally be a home owner again. He didn't waste any time sprucing it up and making it his own. His patience paid off and I am happy that I was able to assist him in this momentous occasion.
