Today’s closing was extra special to me not only because my client is a dear friend of mine but also because today marked my 12th closing in my 1st year of Real Estate.

It’s been almost 1 year since I started my real estate career and last August when I joined eXp Realty I set a goal for myself to complete 12 closings in my first year and I was hopeful to become a capping agent.
