Our Story....Jessica Alba & Katie Homes Team!

We work on a mother-daughters team. Alba (mother) started in the business in 1996 working within the Timeshare industry followed by a very successful career in new construction homes. She developed plenty of knowledge and experience in this sector and was awarded constantly for her Top Sales Performance and exceptional customer service skills. In Alba's many years in the field she has shown excellence in working with a diverse and international clientele, articulate in her negotiating abilities,and is well acquainted with interpreting the market, area growth and development. These competencies and talents have been passed on to her daughters. Jessica and Katie are University of Central Florida graduates and also bring corporate financial sector experience, which is highly useful in evaluating real estate investments. With the combination of their education and careers they have built a strong work ethic and extensive expertise in the areas of accounting, customer service, communication skills, honesty and integrity, multitasking, detail oriented and problem solving with a large and various customer base in Central Florida. Given our teams background and expertise we continue to make it our goal to assist families in all their Real Estate needs.
