The average cost per unit is about $100,000 less than the average cost of a detached single family home in Central Florida, so you can understand why this is appealing to many new buyers. My townhome buyers also like that the yardwork is usually taken care of by the HOA and newer developments often have amenities such as nature paths, designated dog areas, pools and guest parking.
