POV: when buyer wants to continue renting! 😂😂😂😂 and they think it’s such a great idea! Haha 💡

Couple reasons why renting isn’t great:
1. Your landlord can increase the rent at any time.
2. You cannot build equity if you're renting a property.
3. There are no tax benefits to renting a property.
4. You cannot make any changes to your house or your apartment without your landlord's approval.
5. Many houses available for rent have a “No Pets” policy.
6. The list can go on but we’ll stop right here 🛑✋🏼
