The one thing I refuse to do as a loan officer? Push buyers into a payment they’re not comfortable with just to get a deal closed. 🤷♂️🏡 You’re not hiring me to “make numbers work” at all costs…you’re hiring me to help you make a smart financial decision.
That means being upfront about monthly payments, interest rates, closing costs, and what homeownership actually looks like long-term, even if it’s not always the answer someone wants to hear. Trust matters more than transactions, and that’s something I’ll never compromise on. 👏
