I’m sitting here, reflecting on how different my life is today.

There was a season when my days were filled with other people’s problems. Other people’s poor decisions. I spent way too much time caught up in judgment, gossip, and carrying things that were never mine to carry.

When I look at this picture (circa 2014), I don’t see the red dress or the smile.

I remember the season.

My brokerage was successful. From the outside, it looked like everything was coming together. On the inside, I was exhausted. I had confused grinding with living on purpose.

Life is still FULL. I want it to be full.

I was made for a big life. I was built for growth.

Heck… I may be the definition of growth. 😆

For starters…

10 grandkids. 🙃

But I’ve learned something that changed the way I live.

Being chaotic and broken is not the same as being full and fulfilled.

Today my life is bigger than it has ever been, but it is also healthier. I still carry a lot. A LOT. The difference is I no longer carry what was never mine to carry.

I was made for a big life. I just wasn’t made to live a chaotic one.

It took me years to learn that a full life doesn’t have to cost you your peace.

100 Pending Contracts.

When people see a number like that, it’s easy to assume it happened because of a few top producers.

But that’s not what happened here.

As I looked back at June, what stood out wasn’t the total. It was the faces.

Every week, different agents were represented. Different experience levels. Different markets. Different stories. Some contributed one contract. Others contributed several. Together, they created something none of them could have accomplished alone.

That’s the kind of organization we’re building.

One where success isn’t carried by a handful of people. It’s multiplied through collaboration, coaching, accountability, and a culture where people genuinely want to see each other win.

More than 100 pending contracts in June is something to celebrate.

But what I’m most grateful for is that behind every contract is an agent who took action, a leadership team that poured into others, and a community that continues to raise the standard together.

Congratulations to every FIG Team agent who contributed to this milestone. Your consistency, professionalism, and commitment matter.

This is what happens when individual success becomes collective momentum.

Here’s to building something that lasts. ❤️

A few weeks ago, I stepped into a new role as Senior Vice President of Growth & Development with The Figueroa Team.

After years of serving thousands of agents as a Managing Broker, I’m excited to spend this season building people, developing leaders, helping agents grow businesses they love, and creating opportunities that change lives.

Growth has never been about bigger for me, it’s about becoming into the best version.

I’m grateful for everyone who has been part of my journey, and I’m looking forward to what we’ll build together.

Here’s to new beginnings and the work ahead.

Over the years, one thing has become increasingly clear to me.

The best agents never stop learning.

It doesn't matter what brokerage they're with, how many homes they've sold, or how long they've been in the business. The agents who continue to grow intentionally put themselves in rooms where they can learn from others.

As I step into this new season of leadership, that's one of the things I hope to contribute.

Creating spaces where real estate professionals can come together, share what they're learning, ask thoughtful questions, and leave better than they came.

This Tuesday we're hosting a Top Producer Panel, and we've intentionally opened it to every agent, regardless of brokerage.

If you're in the Orlando area and you value learning from people who are in the work every day, I'd love for you to join us.

DM me for details.

I’ve been reflecting lately on all the different roles I’ve had throughout my life.

Daughter.
Sister.
Teen mom.
Single mom.
Wife.
Grandma.
Friend.
Agent.
Broker.
Leader.
Mentor.
Coach.
Business owner.

As different as those roles may seem, I’ve realized they all had one thing in common.

Every one of them involved helping people grow.

Sometimes that growth came through a difficult conversation. Sometimes it came through a hard season. Sometimes it came through business, leadership, faith, family, or simply walking alongside someone while they figured things out.

When I look back over my life, the titles were never really the most important part. The people were.

I’ve had the privilege of helping people build businesses, buy homes, navigate challenges, strengthen their faith, rebuild after setbacks, and step into opportunities they weren’t sure they were ready for.

The older I get, the more I realize that growth rarely happens all at once. Most of the time it happens one conversation, one decision, and one step of faith at a time.

I’m grateful for every person who has trusted me enough to be part of their journey.

Who is someone that helped you grow into the person you are today?

Fun fact… I fell in love with Tito before I ever met him in person.

At first, I was impressed because he could actually spell. 😆 But then he sent me this video of himself leading worship at church, and everything changed for me in that moment.

I remember sitting there crying after I watched it because something deep in my spirit knew God had answered my prayer of my search for my husband. I know that sounds soooo crazy, and trust me, I mostly kept it to myself because I definitely did not want to scare this man away. 😂

But then I told my cousin, Janet, and she definitely believed me and so I felt less crazy! 🤣

Six years ago today, right in the middle of the pandemic, Tito and I met for the first time and went on a date to Smoothie King, and well the rest is HIStory!

What’s beautiful is that from the very beginning, Tito has consistently shown me what it looks like to truly put God first. Not just in words, but in the way he lives every single day. He has taught me that the strongest marriages are not built by putting each other at the center, but by putting the Lord at the center and allowing everything else to flow from there.

That foundation has carried us through every season with a steadiness and peace that is hard to explain unless you’ve lived it. Even in moments that were uncertain, difficult, or uncomfortable, our relationship has remained grounded because we were never trying to be everything for each other. We were learning to seek God first together.

Sometimes I look at him and feel like our first date was just yesterday, and other times it feels impossible to remember life before him.

These have truly been the best six years of my life, and I am deeply grateful for the man he is, the way he loves, the way he leads, and the way he honors God in our home and in our marriage.

Happy dating anniversary, my love. I cannot wait to see what the Lord continues to do in our lives together. Te Amo! 🤍

Presenting Kayden Edgardo Sullivan
Born February 13, 2026… after more than 30 hours of labor 🫠🤦🏻‍♀️

From the moment we laid eyes on him, it was instant. Fully in love.

This sweet, chunky boy already knows exactly who he is. He’ll sleep peacefully anywhere… except at home with his parents 😆

And the way his Grandpa makes him laugh… you can feel the love without a word 🥹🥰🙏

Our family just keeps growing, and it’s a gift I don’t take lightly. Three new babies in the first quarter of this year alone 🥳🙌❤️‍🔥

We are so in love with you, baby boy 💙

It’s been a full couple of weeks.

Presenting

AND

Elena Deanna Cintron (pictured right)
Born 3/18 • 5 lbs 10 oz

A gift wrapped in love.

The journey to this moment was not easy.

Our Elena did not breathe for the first 5.5 minutes after she was born and spent 8 days in the NICU.

My son held one daughter in his arms, full of life, while watching the other fight for hers. There are no words for a moment like that.

These past weeks have been filled with prayer, faith, surrender, and trust. The kind of trust that doesn’t have answers yet, but chooses to believe anyway.

What I will never forget is the love. The prayers. The people who showed up and covered this family in a way only God could orchestrate.

By His grace, Estella met every milestone and is now home.

We are still walking this out with Elena. There is more ahead. We don’t know what it will all look like, but we know who God is and we will wait with expectation for what He will do.

This is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. You can walk through something hard and still trust God’s plan, even when you don’t know how it will unfold, with grace, hope, and peace.

There is a way to move through it with strength, peace, and faith. It comes from staying anchored in Him.

Thank you to every single person who prayed, reached out, and stood with us. We feel it. We see it. And we are grateful.

P.S. If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart! ❤️‍🔥
