After 29 years with a major real estate franchise, I made a change.
Not because those 29 years weren’t valuable. They were. But I realized the real estate model that was right for me yesterday might not be the one that’s right for where I want to go tomorrow.
Real estate has changed. Technology has changed. The way agents build their businesses has changed. And what I wanted from a brokerage changed too.
That’s what led me to take a serious look at iad Real Estate.
