pssssttttttt..... We are expecting a new member of our team any day now. Sand Lake Pointe will have our very own Scout Elf from the North Pole!!! We are SUPER excited and will let you all know as soon as they arrive! But now we need help! Our elf will need a name... So post your name suggestions in the comments below!!!

We are leaning towards the name Sandie..... ;)

On Friday, December 4th @ 4:00 PM we will be reading the story and introducing our Scout Elf to our community!!! Have the kids stop in to hear a great story and meet our new friend!

Our annual Halloween Party is on Friday, October 30 from 4PM-7PM. For the first time we are doing it "Trunk Or Treat" style. I am including some pictures of ideas on how to decorate your vehicle if you decide to participate! If you would like to participate and hand out candy please contact the management office! Kids (and adults) make sure to rock a costume and let's have some fun!!!!

Candy & juices will be provided as well as the music from the DJ!

Remember, there is no school on Friday, October 23 or Monday, October 26 for Orange County Public Schools. If you have a work order and there are minor children in the apartment we cannot enter. For our maintenance team to enter the apartment must be vacant or an adult over the age of 18 must be present. Thank you for you understanding and cooperation.

Our annual Halloween Party is going to be on Friday, October 30 from 4-7 PM in front of the management office. We will have a DJ playing music and games as well as candy treats for the kids. If you would like to participate in the "Trunk or Treat" portion please let us know. You will have the opportunity to decorate the trunk of your vehicle and pass out candy to the kids from there! We may even have a contest for the best decorated "Trunk"....
