Think You Need 20% Down to Buy a Home? 🏡 Not necessarily.

One of the biggest myths in real estate is that you need a huge down payment to get started. In reality, many buyers qualify with as little as 3% down, and plenty purchase with less than 10% down. You'll also want to budget for closing costs, which are typically around 2% to 5% of the purchase price.
