Help me settle this kitchen layout debate. When it comes to the layout, are you more excited about an island, or would you opt for the peninsula style kitchen?

The Case for the Island: It’s the ultimate social hub. It creates that open-concept flow, allows for 360-degree traffic, and makes the kitchen feel like the true heart of the home.
