AT HOME TEST KIT DISTRIBUTION

The Town of Eastham was one of the 102 high-need communities designated by the State of Massachusetts to receive free at home test kits. The goal of the program is to increase access for individuals and families with high need and/or financial hardship.

The test kits will be distributed while supply lasts on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 beginning at 10:00 am at the Eastham Elks Lodge located at 10 McKoy Road.

One individual may pick up test kits for other household members with the following limits:
• 1 kit (with 2 tests) for 2 person household
• 2 kits (with 4 tests) for households greater than 2 people
