It was my pleasure to represent the Tenant on this 2600 sf Flex-Space Deal. Finding the space was the easy part. Tearing up a 40 page Lease prepared by a Miami Attorney and coming to a mutual agreement was the tricky part. A month of back and forth between myself, the Tenant, the Tenant's Attorney, the Landlord Rep, and the Landlord Attorney wasn't fun, but it's what I do to ensure my clients land on the best terms. There's a new landlord and their representative was great to work with. It was also great to work with a fellow Rotarian on this deal, too.
