Four years ago, we had a conversation that didn’t turn into a sale—and that was the right call at the time.

Today I had the absolute honor of helping two families close on their homes!

One was for some very dear friends of mine, and the other was for a friend of some great friends—so you already know, these weren’t just transactions… these were relationships. ❤️

And let me tell you… we had to WORK to get these to the finish line.
There were moments that required patience, problem-solving, late-night conversations, and a whole lot of trust in the process. But that’s what it takes sometimes when you’re navigating one of the biggest financial (and emotional) decisions of your life.

This home belongs to some of our dear friends who have been part of our lives since the very first days we moved to Florida. They welcomed us, walked through life with us, and over the years became so much more than friends — they’re family.

Helping them get their home under contract has been such an honor. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Real estate is about homes, yes… but it’s really about people, relationships, and walking through big life moments together.
