Huge congrats to our newest Mosaic homeowners closing on their custom ICI Home! 🥂

This one was especially near & dear to my heart as it came from a homeowner referral ❤️ what started as a vision they weren’t sure was even possible quickly became reality. We worked with our CAD and engineering teams to bring their ideas to life on paper, and the rest is history!

A 30-foot living room and kitchen? We got creative to make it happen for them! Not something you’ll typically find in an HOA community, but that’s exactly what sets us apart. We don’t believe your home should fit into a box. Whether it’s a small adjustment or a major redesign, we have the flexibility to create a home that truly works for you.
