Huge congrats to our newest Mosaic homeowners closing on their custom ICI Home! 🥂

This one was especially near & dear to my heart as it came from a homeowner referral ❤️ what started as a vision they weren’t sure was even possible quickly became reality. We worked with our CAD and engineering teams to bring their ideas to life on paper, and the rest is history!

A 30-foot living room and kitchen? We got creative to make it happen for them! Not something you’ll typically find in an HOA community, but that’s exactly what sets us apart. When we met this couple last October, the upcoming May was already a packed month for them - medical school graduation, wedding, honeymoon. They joked “let’s add homeownership to the list” Fast forward to last week - they closed on a Friday ✍🏼 and I’m sitting in a wedding pew on a Saturday watching them say “I Do”🩷💒💍 if that isn’t a testament to what becoming apart of the ICI Family looks like … I’m not sure what is.
