A beautiful rainbow was the best surprise when walking on to the beach tonight as a reminder of how faithful our great God is!

When we purchased The Surf Shack we saw a couple of drooping ceiling tiles in the back bathroom. On July 3rd in a moment of being bored, Dan Wilke pulled down a section of the ceiling to see what he might discover in the ceiling! He found rocks!!! Not sure why they are up there or where they came from, but the ceiling had to come down!! New insulation has been added, new electrical added, an exhaust fan that properly vents outside has been installed, and two recessed cans were added for increased lighting! Dan started the ceiling today and is installing a white washed ship lap ceiling… stay tuned for finished pics!

We are located within walking distance to the ocean! A 10 minute walk (at a slow pace) gets your feet in the sand and water! Last night the moon was looking amazing at 9:00 so we headed out to take some pictures and, of course, look for crabs!
(All crabs are always let go and returned to their environment!!
