Every home has a story. Some stories just stay with you a little longer.
Last week, I had the privilege of helping a very special client close the sale of her home after many wonderful years. While every closing is exciting, this one was especially meaningful. It marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
Before closing, I put together a small book of the listing photos so she'd always have a keepsake of the home where so many memories were made. It was a simple gift, but one I hope brings a smile whenever she flips through it. A special thank you to Deana Frechette for helping create such a beautiful keepsake.
I'm also so grateful to Stacy Sarantos Striegel for introducing me to Pat. I'm so glad she brought us together.
Moments like these remind me that real estate is about so much more than contracts and closing dates. It's about people, relationships, and helping someone through one of life's biggest transitions with care and compassion.
I'm incredibly grateful for the trust she placed in me and wish her nothing but happiness, peace, and wonderful new memories in this next chapter. ❤️
