This beautiful Plantation Bay home received an offer on DAY ONE and went UNDER CONTRACT on DAY TWO!
When my seller and I first talked about listing, one of her biggest concerns was actually selling too quickly. They are purchasing another home here in Plantation Bay, and she was worried about what would happen if their home sold before they were ready to move.
Well… that is exactly what happened. 😊
But this is also where having the right people working together matters. Through collaboration with the buyer’s agent, we were able to negotiate a simultaneous closing on both homes, along with a post occupancy agreement allowing my sellers to remain in their current home until their new home is ready.
A day one offer. Under contract on day two. And a plan that allows my sellers to make their move without being caught in between homes.
I couldn’t be happier for them!
Homes can absolutely move quickly when they are presented, positioned, priced and marketed with the right strategy. But getting an offer is only part of the job. Making all the pieces work for your sellers and their individual situation matters just as much.
So, if you were planning to join me tomorrow from 1–3 PM, the Open House is officially canceled. This one is already spoken for! ❤️🏡
If you’re thinking about selling in Plantation Bay, even if you’re worried about where you’ll go next, let’s talk. Sometimes the solution is in how we structure the sale.
