Solo Power: 35% of Gen Z buyers were single females, the highest share of any age group.
New Partnerships: 17% were unmarried couples.
The Goal: For this generation, marriage and kids aren't the primary milestones anymore; the driving force is simply the desire to own a home. Although a wedding can be fun too!
