So excited to close on this gorgeous home for D & J (and their wonderful family) after our first assumption loan in this ever changing real estate market. Takes longer but oh so worth it when you can get interest rates under 2.5%!

Sean and I were floored to find out that WA state upheld their capital gains tax of 7%!

So floored we wanted to remind all of our family, friends, acquaintances, and their friends, etc. that you don't have to put up with this and can always move! :-)

If Arizona holds appeal, we're here to help you find a fabulous sunshine home in the Tucson and Phoenix metro areas (or connect you with agents in other parts of this and other states)! Even with Arizona's state income tax you'll still be saving LOTS of money $$$ all around!!!

The Washington State Supreme Court has ruled that the excise tax on capital gains is constitutional and valid. As such, the Department of Revenue will continue collecting the tax which is due April 18, 2023.
