So what did you all think about my getting my Florida license? Some said yes, some said no, one thought I already had it! Before I tell you my plan, do you know how many realtors there are in Minnesota? Approximately 22,000 or 4 per 1000 residents. How many realtors in Florida? 220,000 or 10 per 1000 residents! Florida has more realtors per capital than any other state! Watch for my next post for my decision!
