🏡 19 Wattles Way, Oroville is SOLD! 💕
This home holds such a special place in my heart. I’ve now had the privilege of representing it through two different closings, and I’m incredibly grateful for the continued trust of such a kind and special seller. It means so much to be welcomed back to help with such an important chapter.
The first two owners were empty nesters, and now this home is coming full circle as a wonderful family begins making new memories here. Those baseboards are ready for some kids’ toy dings! 😆❤️
This transaction was extra meaningful because the buyer’s agent, Jami Mac Intyre, is someone who has been part of my life for many years. I still remember when her family moved to Oroville while I was a freshman. I couldn’t wait to befriend her sister—the new girl from Southern California—and show her why I loved this little town so much. We made so many great memories together… and maybe got into a little trouble along the way too. 🤪
Years later, when Jami was considering a career in real estate, she reached out to me. I’ll never forget our conversation at Mugshots. Real estate isn’t easy—it’s demanding, unpredictable, and requires your whole heart. But it’s also incredibly rewarding, and you truly get out of it what you’re willing to put in.
