Make more 💰 in less 🕰️, that’s a winning combo and it’s what the report says if you had listed your home with me.
A 4.1% difference may not sound like much. But on a $750,000 home, that is more than $30,000.
My most recent 14 Harpswell sales averaged 102.1% of list price with a 3-day median time on market, that’s no small sampling, it’s real results. Current YTD data shows overall that Harpswell home sellers received 98% of list price and had a 22-days on market median.
Every home is different, and no result is guaranteed. But pricing, preparation, presentation, and launch strategy matter, I’ve said this all along and live by it.
Before you list, I believe it is worth you and I having a conversation. The wrong strategy can cost you time, negotiating leverage, and real money, maybe $30,000 or more!
