Sometimes the right buyer isn’t the first buyer. 🏡✨

After our previous transaction fell apart, we were back on the market that day (Friday). Over the weekend the home was shown twice to the same buyers , we had an offer in hand by Tuesday, worked through negotiations, and today we’re officially pending! 🎉

The best part? We’re still on track to close on the exact same day we would have with the original buyer. 🙌

Buying and selling real estate comes with ups and downs, but that’s why strategy matters. The right pricing, marketing, negotiation, and persistence can make all the difference. Sometimes you just have to dust yourself off, keep moving forward, and trust the process. 💪
