We are seeking a maintenance person with experience in maintaining exterior and interior of rental properties.
Duties would include some plumbing repairs, light electrical, painting, day to day work orders such as: lock changes, blind replacement, running toilets, leaky sinks, troubleshooting appliance repairs, and HVAC issues, etc. Must be able to manage work orders in an app on the phone.
Most apartments we manage are in Northern Oakland and Southern Genesee Counties. We also have a few in Tuscola County. Must have reliable vehicle to travel to different locations. We reimburse for mileage for travel.
