📣 **We’re Hiring: Part-Time File Opener**

Blue Mountain Abstract is looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Schuylkill County!

The File Opener will help begin and organize new title and settlement files, enter transaction information, review agreements, request necessary documents, communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, and help keep each transaction moving forward.

**Position details:**

✅ Part-time position
✅ Hours scheduled during our regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
✅ Located in Schuylkill County
✅ Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
✅ Training and opportunities to grow within the title industry

Previous experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage lending, banking, or a legal office is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for someone who communicates professionally, pays close attention to detail, handles confidential information responsibly, and is comfortable working with computers and electronic documents.
